Passform was founded by James Carolan and Scott Twiname, after seeing how much untapped potential sat inside wallet technology that customers already used and trusted.

From the beginning, the goal was not just to make digital passes easier to issue. It was to make them more useful for businesses: easier to manage, easier to connect with other systems, and easier to turn into meaningful customer interactions.
